Empowering Tung Chung East Station Construction: NAVY 400 BESS Deployment

Deployment Date: January 2025
Project Location: Tung Chung, Hong Kong

On January 5, 2026, Leyden Power successfully deployed its high-performance NAVY 400 Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at the MTR Tung Chung East Station construction site, a flagship project under the MTR Tung Chung Line Extension initiative. Partnering with the PAUL Y.- CRCC (TUE 1202) Joint Venture as the dedicated operator, we integrated the NAVY 400 model to support diesel generator input and tower crane loading, ensuring uninterrupted power for heavy-duty construction activities in this urban infrastructure hub.
